All the important decisions taken by the leaders of the company should be agreed with the employees. If employees take part in the decision- making process, they ordain understand that their leaders trust their opinion and, moreover, they need it. That will make employees trust their leaders and rely in them (Lord et al, 1986). The main task of a leader is to make his/her subordinate believe that they are operative for both the benefit of the company and their own benefit.
